Parents Moving off-campus is a rite of passage for your students - another step on their road to independence. At Norwood Commons our goal is to make that transition as easy as possible for you and your student.
Individual Leases & Financial Responsibility
We offer individual leases by the individual suite not the unit. The primary benefit for you is you're never responsible for paying a roommate's rent installments, even if they graduate, transfer, or move out.
As part of the lease agreement, Norwood Commons requires each student to have a Guarantor. To qualify, a Guarantor must be at least 25 years old, a U.S. resident, and make at least 3 times the rent installment.
All-Inclusive Living
