We offer individual leases by the individual suite not the unit. The primary benefit for you is you're never responsible for paying a roommate's rent installments, even if they graduate, transfer, or move out.

Our fully furnished one-bedroom suites are equipped with a Twin XL bed, built-in desk w/chair, 42” Smart TV, compact refrigerator and Jack & Jill Style bathroom. Norwood Commons has everything you need to feel right at home.

As part of the lease agreement, Norwood Commons requires each student to have a Guarantor. To qualify, a Guarantor must be at least 25 years old, a U.S. resident, and make at least 3 times the rent installment.
